ORDER
HTL has received an order for the GEMStarXT-DP Plasma Enhanced Benchtop Atomic Layer Deposition system from a Japanese chemical manufacturer. Shipment of the system will be scheduled for next year.
Arradiance's benchtop Atomic Layer Deposition systems are used in a wide area of R&D and Production fields, including semiconductor devices, solar cells, and fuel cells. The system has been well-received for their compact size and ease of use. -

ORDER
HTL has received an order for its registration accuracy measurement system, PMARS-CRGS, from a semiconductor photomask manufacturer in Asia.
Shipment of the tool is scheduled for next year. -

Mr. S. Watanabe gave a presentation introducing HTL Co. Japan and its products at the 12th Organic Electronics Research Group Inter-Industry Exchange Meeting organized by the Society of Polymer Science, Japan. More than 100 people attended at the meeting, making it a great success.

DIONE-CIS successfully accepted by Major Merchant Mask shop and introduced into mass production in USA.

Press Release HTL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) in India.
HTL Co. Japan Ltd., along with its Indian subsidiary HTL India Pvt. Ltd., signed a strategic MoU with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), India, to advance collaboration in State-of-the-art semiconductor, flat panel display, and 3D additive manufacturing equipment and other high technology areas including skill development, student training, and placement of the graduated students.
